LiveTrial Services Terms of Use
Thinsy Corporation provides LiveTrial versions of our software, running in our datacenter, for the purposes of evaluation. These LiveTrial services are governed by the following terms and conditions.
- The LiveTrial services may not be used to conduct any illegal activities
- We reserve the right to refuse LiveTrial services to anyone, with or without cause.
- We reserve the right to terminate LiveTrials at any time during the trial, with or without reason
30 Day Trial Software Terms of Use
Thinsy Corporation provides downloadable 30 day trial versions of our software. These 30 day trial versions are governed by the following terms and conditions:
- You may use the 30 day trials strictly for evaluation purposes only.
- You are given a license to run the software for 30 days, and no more
- Thinsy Corporation retains full copyright to all the software in the trial
- You are not allowed to bypass the licensing and activation system built into Thinsy Corporation software
